Training

Training is held at the sports fields near Hall Place, Bourne Road, Bexley, at 1 pm on those Sundays during the Season when we don’t have a match and mid-week on Thursdays from 9-10pm at Dartford FC. See Calendar for dates.

Match training usually consists of stretches, fitness and conditioning exercises, skills, team tactics and we always play a game or two.

The sessions are led by Anthony Greenidge, who is a qualified coach and referee, and are followed by a drink at The Royal Standard, Bexleyheath.

We also hold introductory sessions aimed at those who are looking to get into playing football or haven’t played for a while. Please click on the football, below, for more information.
